How to book

Booking a tour through Private Tours Barcelona is really simple.

Just follow these five easy steps, and you´ll be on board in no time!

	Pick a tour   On our "Our Tours" page, you´ll find a selection of all our standard tours. Clicking on its image, title or on the "Details & Prices" link, will take you to the tour´s description. You can choose the tour that best suits you, or, you can customize it in "Customized Tours & Specials". And it´s not all about yachts and golfing. If you just want some tickets to see an F.C. Barcelona match, we will arrange it for you. As you trust in us, we trust in you. That´s why we don´t ask you to pay upfront. Payment will be done to your personal guide, or in our office, whichever method you prefer.

	Reserve your places   On the tour´s description page, in the bottom right corner, you´ll find a little blue square, showing the price and a "Reserve now!" link. Clicking on it will bring you to the reservation form. Here you can put your personals, the number of seats you want to reserve, your arrival and departure dates, etcetera. If you´re more than four persons, you can also ask for a group discount. For example, we can offer you the whole mini-van for only your group for a lower price. Just ask, and we´ll arrange it.

	Reservation confirmation   After you fill out the form, you´ll receive an automatic confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. Note: this is not your official booking confirmation. It´s just to let you know that we´ve received your request.

	Booking confirmation   Shortly after, availability will be checked and you´ll receive the official booking confirmation. You´ll have to print this e-mail and show it to our driver at pick-up.

	You´re on board!   It was that easy. We hope you´ll have a great trip, and that you´ll remember us. If, after the tour, you´re as satisfied as we want you to be, don´t forget to write us your testimonial. That way, you can recommend us to other people as well. Thanks for traveling with us.
